Created for my Enterprise Journalism class at CSULB. I spoke to Amy who works with her Family at Knead Donuts in Long Beach. We briefly spoke about the history of Cambodian immigrants opening donut shops in LB. She also told me about the unexpected sacrifices that come with running a donut shop.
